Who is J.C.?, Mark Mueller Gallery, 2009
 In the context of a painting exhibition Mark Mueller invited me to use the small third room in his gallery to do a different kind of work. I chose to present what I know about J.C., that is, the writer and friend Jean Charles Massera. Along with comfortable furniture in the room I placed a monitor to show videos I have made illustrating stories from my book, Letters to J-C. I arranged my book along with books by Massera and various information about him and his work on a nearby table and pinned a photograph of him standing on a pathway in Brittany. Visitors were invited to sit drinking a coffee while enjoying the video, reading or just chatting among themselves.
